Strange Sour (Pinot Float)
Kentucky straight bourbon finished in Pinot Noir barrels—so we lean into that with a New York Sour–style float.
Build: 2 oz Strange Collab (99 proof), ¾ oz lemon, ¾ oz honey syrup (1:1), 1 dash Angostura, optional ½ oz egg white/aquafaba; shake (dry if using egg), shake with ice, strain over a big cube; float ½ oz Pinot Noir; lemon peel + cherry.
