Our small batch Tennessee Straight Whiskey is smooth and flavorful. A special filtration called the Lincoln Country Process filters the spirit through sugar maple charcoal to remove impurities and harshness, leaving a mellow character. Layers of oak and vanilla as well as a long finish have made this expression perfect for drinking neat or in cocktails.
MASH BILL: 80% Corn / 10% Rye / 10% Malted Barley
APPEARANCE: Rich amber, patinated copper
AROMA: Dark sugar, light smoke, vanilla bean, bananas foster
MOUTHFEEL: Medium plus, slightly viscous
